1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EMI Se Azaadi (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EMI Se Azaadi.

2. Description of Service

EMI Se Azaadi is a financial freedom platform that provides financial calculators, debt optimization tools, statement analysis, and personalized financial insights. The Platform is designed to help users eliminate debt and achieve financial independence.

3. User Accounts

To access premium features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Premium Services

Free Tier: Financial calculators, blog content, and basic tools are available without registration at no cost.

Premium Tier: The full dashboard, Zero Debt Strategy engine, AI-powered insights, and Google Drive integration require a paid subscription at ₹3,650 + GST per year. A 3-year plan is available at 40% discount (₹6,570 for 3 years).

We reserve the right to modify features available in each tier with reasonable notice to users.

5. Payments and Refunds

Premium subscriptions are billed annually. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR).

GST will be charged as applicable under Indian tax law.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. To request a refund, contact support@emiseazaadi.com.

6. Your Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data practices described therein.

Your financial documents remain in your Google Drive. We access them with your explicit permission via Google OAuth and process them in real-time without permanent storage.

You can revoke access to your Google Drive at any time through your Google account settings.

7. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

EMI Se Azaadi provides financial tools, calculators, and general information for educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

The Zero Debt Strategy, calculator results, and AI-generated insights are tools to assist your decision-making. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making significant financial decisions.

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Results depend on individual circumstances, market conditions, and adherence to strategies.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Use automated bots or scrapers on the Platform
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute Platform features

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of EMI Se Azaadi are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. “Zero Debt Strategy”, “Financial Flow Intelligence”, and “EMI Se Azaadi” are our trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, EMI Se Azaadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will notify users of planned downtime when possible.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your data on our servers is deleted. Financial documents in your Google Drive remain untouched — they are yours.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English.
